Tunnel.Work Internet Services

We (“Tunnel.Work Internet Services”) reserve the right to amend all policies, guidelines and disclaimer without notification. By purchasing, using any of our services or by registering as a client, you agree to the following terms and conditions. 

All services provided by Tunnel.Work may be used for fair purposes only. The user agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Tunnel.Work from any claims resulting from the use of service which damages the user or any other party.

We prohibit any services which promote any unfair activity or content. Transmissions of any content which may be harmful to the Tunnel.Work servers are also prohibited. 

Unacceptable using of service:

-      Child Pornography

-      Hacking/Warez Software 

-      Illegally obtained content (including illegally downloaded torrents, warez, mp3 files, movies) 

-      P2P File transferring 

-      IRC Bots 

-      Government-Sponsored Propaganda


Account Information

We will always keep customer information encrypted and private. Providing inaccurate information on your client account breaches this document and we reserve the right to terminate any products and services based upon this. For more information see our privacy policy. 

Inactive accounts without E-mail verified might be closed based on the judgment made by our verification department based on the user's historical interaction with us in order to prevent unauthorized using.

Service Period

The service period starts from the payment made by the customer and ends with user-initiated refunding, overdue or service suspension, termination.


By the Account Activation Date of each month, Tunnel.Work shall either: 

1)   debit the client’s credit card (when such information has been provided by the client); or

2)   deliver, by e-mail or regular mail, an invoice in accordance with the applicable Service Fees for services rendered for the current month. When an invoice is delivered to the client, payment shall be remitted to Tunnel.Work by no later than the specified payment due date.

Tunnel.Work shall be entitled to immediately terminate this agreement for client’s failure to make timely payments. Tunnel.Work is irresponsible for the service suspension, termination, or data loss caused by overdue.

Service Updates

We may release service updates at any time to improve user experience and perfect the service content. It is the responsibility of users to keep any device using the services of Tunnel.Work up to date.

If significant changes were applied to service content or credentials, we will notify all users to be affected. When small changes apply, please be aware that no notification would be delivered.

Service Uptime Guarantee

Tunnel.Work guarantees 100% service uptime on all tunnel service plans, except any uncontrollable factors. Should we fail to deliver this for any given calendar month, your account will be refunded a pro-rated amount for the duration of downtime. 

NOTICE: According to regulations from Tunnel.Work Network-Neutrality-related terms, we provide global users the best performance and highest availability without applying interference or congestion among any region or provider. The interference/blocking or other circumstances on ISP aspect which interfere the performance are not included in our guarantee.

Service Abuse

Any attempt to undermine or cause harm to a server or customer of Tunnel.Work is strictly prohibited. Users are responsible for all of their accounts.

Currently, all the services provided are considered to be personal and private. You will not share your service to anyone.

Should you violate the Terms of Services outlined within, your account will be canceled without the chance of refund. For more information on refunds see our Refund Policy.

Refusal of Service 

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or suspend service. Any individual who is seen as a high risk to the company, or who is filtered by our fraud detection system will be refused services. 

Third-Party Factor Disclaimer

All the uses of 3rd party software or technology (Including the open-source codes and public field codes the service may use) during Tunnel.Work providing its services are complete fair use.

While using services provided by Tunnel.Work, should you understand and agree with: In order to provide you effective services, the service will consume CPU and bandwidth resources on your terminal devices. The shown traffic in your plan should be used for fee calculation only and would not stand for the actual data traffic produced during use. Users are responsible for the ISP and related fees they choose.

Tunnel.Work is irresponsible for any problem occurred during users are using third-party devices, software, technologies. Please contact the related producer/releaser on your behalf.

*We would like to ask you to uninstall any China, N.Korea, or Iran based company-released administrative level software, including but not limited to software firewalls, anti-virus software, and computer monitoring software. They are untrusted and believed to work as spyware.


By choosing to use services provided by Tunnel.Work, you have read these Terms and Conditions and agree with these Terms and Conditions. When these Terms and Conditions become partially invalid or inexecutable, the rest conditions are still valid to everyone.
